For bespoke projects

  • A 50% deposit is required upon a confirmed order for bespoke commissions.

  • Balance due on completion Images will be sent prior to invoice.

  • All work is 100% guaranteed against faulty workmanship. However should an item be considered faulty, it will be inspected and either repaired, replaced or refunded at my discretion.

  • Timescale for handmade items will usually be between 2 - 4 weeks as assaying an item can take up to and including 1 week.

  • Once full payment is received item will be posted according to value.

  • Returns or Refunds on Bespoke or made to order items are not possible as made individually for you, however should you in the extremely unlikely event have any issues I will always do my upmost to resolve anything I can.

  • Earrings are not refundable or returnable due to hygiene reasons unless in the unlikely event they are faulty.

Workshop sessions terms and conditions

Booking of a session is an acceptance of my terms and conditions below.
I do not offer refunds on workshop sessions but should you need to cancel I will do my utmost to accommodate another satisfactory date for you at my discretion.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is needing to be cancelled by myself your session will be rescheduled at a time to suit both parties.
HEATH & SAFETY
The minimum age to attend a session is 18 or 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult.

When attending a jewellery making workshop you will be supervised at all stages of the making process however

YOU are responsible for your own personal health and safety.

By confirming a booking of a jewellery workshop session you are accepting all risks that are inherent with jewellery making

These can include (but not limited to) personal injury cuts and burns or the inhalation of hazardous substances which can occur from participating in jewellery making workshops as well as damage to your own property.

by participating in these workshops you will agree to follow workshop safety and tutored instructions and that you have no physical or mental ailments that will prevent you from attending this experience.
